how do i make sure hubby is latching correctly ? sometimes i feel a let down – but more often i do not.
sometimes I feel like my nipple is rubbing against his tooth (and makes my nipple sore) but not always –
i just feel like we’ve lost the rhythm we first had – and i don’t know how to explain it to my hubby –
when we first started this a year a go – i could pump 1oz of milk –
but now , i can’t pump any noticeable amount (my husband travels at least once a month so i have to pump)
i can hand express, but still not very much.
just feeling frustrated that we are coming up on a year of ANR and it was so intimate in the beginning –
and now, it just seems a chore to keep my milk-
i can’t get it to increase
and it is not as amazing as it was when we started. :/
help.
